Please read and return the Tuition Agreement (p. 5) to the school office by Friday, May 16!

Collins Endowment Fund

Dear Parents, We want to inform you about available funds for tuition assistance for the 2008-2009 school year. The value of the Monsignor Collins Endowment Fund, $2,305,328, is due to the generosity of our parishioners. Next year we will use $60,000 from the interest of this fund as revenue for 2008-2009 school budget. The school finance committee has allocated $40,000 of this interest for operating expenses and $20,000 for tuition assistance. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer assistance from the Collins Fund if you are receiving aid from the BASIC Fund.  Read More »

St. Cecilia’s 14th Annual Jog & Walk-A-Thon

The 14th Annual Jog-A-Thon is just around the corner on Friday, May 16, 2008. Please support our Athletic Programs.

We need your continued support to make this a fun and successful fundraiser for St. Cecilia Athletics Programs. Funds raised from this event are used to buy new equipment for the girls and boys programs including volleyballs, basketballs, uniforms, and other items that need to be replaced due to wear and tear.

Summer 2008 Music Lessons

The summer is a great time to study an instrument! Many of the St. Cecilia School music teachers keep their private studios open in the summer. Summer music lessons are not sponsored by St. Cecilia School. However, one advantage of summer music is that there is no contract. Summer is a great time for new students to discover if they like studying music before making a semester-long commitment and for continuing students to learn new pieces.

Lessons offered for piano, recorder, flute, clarinet, saxophone, violin, viola, cello, and guitar. Please note, if you choose the piano, you need to rent or own a traditional acoustic piano in your home.

If you have more questions about music lessons, fee free to call:
