Confirmation
We have just been notified by the Archdiocese that the Sacrament of Confirmation will be administered by Bishop Bill Justice, on Saturday, May 9, at 10:30. Please mark your calendars!
St. Cecilia School 2008-2009 Yearbook
Capture those memories that last a life time! All yearbooks must be pre-ordered. (Click here) for the order form. Just complete the form, print it, and enclose it in an envelope (marked “Yearbook”) with $15.00. All orders are due orders are due by Friday, November 7.
Yearbook Pictures
Please send in pictures of any school event for the 2008-2009 School Yearbook. We would like to include as many students and events as possible in the yearbook. We especially need pictures of athletic events. Please send pictures to:

SC Screamer
The staff of the SC SCREAMER is pleased to invite you to now read the school newspaper on-line! (Click here) to download the latest edition of the SC SCREAMER. There are activity pages to print for puzzle and coloring fun. The SCS will be published 5 times this year!
To submit a digital photograph for the school newspaper, attach it to an email that includes your name, grade, and room number, and send it to scscreamer@yahoo.com. No names will be attached to photographs, and not all photographs will make it into the newspaper, but we will include all that we can.

Mothers' Club Winter Brunch
The Mothers’ Club Annual Winter Champagne Brunch will be on Sunday December 7, 2008, at the Olympic Club. Take time out to enjoy this special event with your friends.
Box Tops
Remember, Friday, October 24, is the last day to turn in those Box Tops for the contest! The class that turns in the most Box Tops wins a free dress day for the entire class! Please send them to school with your child in a plastic baggie with your child’s grade and classroom noted.
Spirit Items
Did you see those cute new SC t-shirts at games or the Festival? If you haven’t seen them yet, (Click here) to check out the “SC Spirit Items” page on the school website. We’ve added pictures of the items, with sizing tips. You can order t-shirts, sweatshirts, and shorts now by filling out the order form and sending it to school with a check. Order your items now: Friday, November 7 is a free dress day for those children wearing school colors!

For four days in October, Bookshop West Portal will donate a percentage of sales (15% in cash) to St. Cecilia School. Customers just mention St. Cecilia School when checking out! Festival
Thank You!
Thank you everyone for all your hard work before, during and after the Festival. The volunteer response was tremendous, and we couldn’t have done it without you! (Click here) to see the complete list of thank yous to our many helpers and donors and all the winners of Festival Raffle Prizes.
And now the fun part...
Today, we are sending home free dresses passes to all Booth Chairs and each adult that worked three shifts at the festival. We appreciate your time and dedication to making this year's festival such a great success!

The Joanne Pang Foundation will honor Dr. Jordan Wilbur
